PRICES - payment

Payment procedure:

• After the registration we will confirm the room type, the total amount and will share the bank account information via email.
• Bank transfer - You must transfer the exact amount in PLN and you are liable for the bank charges. Thanks for your understanding.

LCIF subsidy:

LCIF pays a 500 USD subsidy for 2 people from each European LQ country. The recipient of the subsidy is to be specified by LCIF and the Country Directors.

Price includes:

• Participation at the conference
• Hotel – room types are on a first come first served basis – before paying please wait for a confirmation that your preferred room is available
• Transfer from Chopin Airport or transfer from the bus stop in Warsaw where the bus from Modlin Airport arrives (If you require a transfer from Modlin airport please discuss with us and we can arrange it for an extra fee.)
• 3 nights (3x breakfast - 2x coffee break - 2x lunch - 3 x dinner + materials)

Exchange rate:

• Approx. 4.31 PLN/EUR (10/10/2018) Please check with your bank.

Total PLN /person – in case of NO subsidy from LCIF:

• Single Standard room: 2197 PLN
• Single Business room: 2331 PLN
• Single Business PLUS room: 2465 PLN
• Double Standard room: 1894 PLN (per person)
• Double Business room: 1961 PLN (per person)
• Double Business PLUS room: 2029 PLN (per person)

Total PLN /person – in case of 500 USD subsidy from LCIF:

• Single Standard room: 435 PLN
• Single Business room: 569 PLN
• Single Business PLUS room: 704 PLN
• Double Standard room: 132 PLN (per person)
• Double Business room: 200 PLN (per person)
• Double Business PLUS room: 267 PLN (per person)

Double room prices are only available in case you have someone to share the room with or if we find someone for you.

Additional cost for those arriving on Wednesday – includes hotel, breakfast, coffee break, lunch break on Thursday

• Single Standard room: 390 PLN
• Single Business room: 430 PLN
• Single Business PLUS room: 470 PLN
• Double Standard room: 300 PLN (per person)
• Double Business room: 320 PLN (per person)
• Double Business PLUS room: 340 PLN (per person)

Transfer

Chopin Airport

• Transfer is included in the price, 3 persons per vehicle
• A Lions representative will be waiting for you at the arrivals

Modlin Airport

• You will need to take the bus from Modlin Airport to Warsaw City Centre bus stop by www.modlinbus.com
• Transfer from the bus stop in Warsaw is included in the price.
• We can arrange transfer from Modlin Airport for an extra fee. Please get in touch if you require transfer.

Hotel gromada warsaw centrum

Rooms:

• There are different options in Hotel Gromada Warsaw Centrum please select one during the registraion.
• Double room prices only possible in case someone will specify who is to be together with or in case we manage to find a second matching person from the participants.
• Standard rooms do not have: A/C, hair dryer, electric kettle. Standard rooms have an old TV. In general the standard room looks standard 😊 but it is ok.
• Business + has tea, coffee.
• Wi-fi available in all rooms.
